TCG was founded in 2001 by a small group of students in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. These highly motivated students started TCG in the hopes that they could use their extensive business knowledge to positively impact their surrounding community.

Over the years, TCG has had the opportunity to work with nonprofits providing services to the Los Angeles community in areas such as low-income housing, grant making, and nonprofit training throughout the area. If you would like to see a list of the nonprofits that partnered with TCG please click to view our history page.

The mission of the Trojan Consulting Group is to provide valuable, pro-bono consulting services to nonprofits in the Los Angeles area. Since the creation of TCG in 2001, our members have provided in-depth management consulting by solving challenging, real-world business problems for local non-profit institutions.

As a non-profit organization, our goal is to make a positive impact on our surrounding community by leveraging the dedication and intellectual capital of our members.  We provide targeted and general market analyses, comparable studies, marketing strategy, and general business plan development. If you are interested in utilizing our services, want to learn more about our expertise, or would like to apply for a project in the upcoming semester please click to view our potential clients page.
