30-minute virtual interview that consists of behavioral questions to get to know your interests, past experiences, and why you want to join TCG. There will also be brainteaser and market sizing questions.

Round 2 Interviews
1-hour in-person case interview that consist of two business cases to assess and investigate a business problem and provide a recommendation. No casing experience needed.

Behavioral Questions

Similar to any kind of interview, your interviewers would like to learn more about you—your background, motivations, experiences, interests, and why you want to join TCG.
Brain Teasers

TCG loves solving brain teasers together, and we want to see how you approach interesting and exciting questions. While getting to the correct answer can be helpful, your interviewers are looking for how you can effectively communicate your thought process, and explain how you arrived to your answer. An example question can be found here.
Market Sizing

Similar to brain teasers, your interviews are looking for a feasible answer rooted in reason, backed with conviction, and logically deduced. Effectively communicating your thought processes as you work through the question will ensure a smooth market sizing response.
Case Studies

While no prior case study experience is needed to succeed in our interviews, we recommend practicing with a colleague at least once leading up to your interview. An example of a successful case interview can be found here.
