The Trojan Consulting Group offers the opportunity for your nonprofit to apply for a consulting project where our members aid your organization in a variety of different functions. In the past, the Trojan Consulting Group has completed extensive business analyses for nonprofits such as LINC Housing, the Center for Nonprofit Management, and the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office.

The entirety of the consulting project will span 10 weeks with each of the twelve members of TCG working approximately five hours per week. The project will conclude with a concise deliverable as well as a presentation to your nonprofit’s board of directors or upper management. This presentation will include a discussion of the deliverable as well as an outline of our recommendations regarding any potential improvements.
